Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Risk and Control Senior Group Manager to lead our Technology and Data team. As a key member of our functional leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple teams and driving strategic initiatives to ensure the effective management of risk and control across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with business processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective control frameworks and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our risk management practices are aligned with best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in risk management and control.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
