Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics. Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician
- Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics, including diet, medication, and lifestyle changes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be comfortable working around blood and needles
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Competitive hourly rate: $23.00 - $31.00 per hour
