The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining radio traffic, answering phones, and prioritizing calls in a fast-paced communication center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of radio and phone communications
- Prioritize calls and respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any illegal activity
- Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming to guests
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office products
- Able to maintain a calm and professional atmosphere in the reception and dispatch areas
