- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 9 years of engineering experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Experience with analog, digital, and pulse power circuitry.
- Familiarity with high voltage electronic components, printed circuit board assemblies, and packaging.
- Background in magnetic component design and development.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to influence peers and lead small teams effectively.
- Experience managing initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
