Overview: The American National Red Cross is seeking a dedicated Mobile Program Manager to oversee the Service to Armed Forces and International Services Division. This role is essential in supporting military personnel and their families, requiring a commitment to global deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Development: Establish and nurture strong connections with military leaders, key organizations, and community stakeholders.
- Community Engagement: Foster partnerships with local entities and enhance outreach through various marketing channels, including social media.
- Volunteer Coordination: Lead a volunteer engagement initiative to facilitate the delivery of Red Cross programs. This includes recruiting, training, and managing volunteers through the Volunteer Connection Platform.
- Service Management: Ensure the effective delivery of SAF and IS services to clients, coordinating with military treatment facilities and VA hospitals.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and report on program outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least five years of relevant program management experience.
