Position Summary

The role of the Logistics Coordinator involves a rotating schedule among dispatchers to ensure a balanced workload throughout the week, with some weekend shifts required. This position operates during the afternoon hours, and it is essential to be present at our designated office location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and gather patient information
  • Adhere to strict HIPAA regulations
  • Collect details regarding the required services and facilities
  • Dispatch the appropriate nursing staff to the assigned locations
  • Monitor estimated arrival times and actual service completion
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning
Qualifications:

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
