Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Job Summary:
Framebridge is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage warehouse inventory and maintain database accuracy. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with inventory management software.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain database accuracy
• Ensure items are being signed out of inventory properly
• Assist with daily cycle counts and recounts
• Maintain non-inventory log
• Document all related activities and complete forms and reports
• Compile supplies needed for retail stores and pack them for shipment
• Manage and maintain organization with filing of shipping documents
• Monitor shipping area to ensure customer orders are being shipped on time
• Utilize various computer programs to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with computers, cell phones, and RF scanners
• Basic understanding of/or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory
• Experience with NetSuite, Bringg, Slack, Microsoft Office, or Google a plus
• Forklift and driving experience a plus
