Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily needs, such as preparing for activities and transporting them to appointments
  • Review patient care plans daily to ensure that changes are made as needed
  • Inform the nurse supervisor of any changes in a resident's condition
  • Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information
Qualifications
  • Have a 10th grade education or above
  • Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state
  • Have a passion for caregiving and enhancing the quality of life for others
