Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Restaurant Manager to join our team at Summerwood Master. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Satisfaction/Product Quality: Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with company quality standards.
- Financial: Develop and drive restaurant annual operating plan, analyze sales, labor, inventory, and other controllable accounts, and take corrective action to meet or achieve margin and sales growth targets.
- Operations: Ensure that facilities and equipment are maintained to Company standards, monitor inventory, food preparation, and order fulfillment daily to ensure adherence to company standards, and establish restaurant speed with service (SWS) targets, monitor performance, and resolve bottlenecks to achieve SWS goals.
- Human Resources: Direct all restaurant-level HR activity, including crew hiring decisions, learning zone planning and execution, performance management, compensation, employee relations issues up to and including termination, and provide hands-on training for management staff in advanced learning zone modules.
- Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Deliver excellence in customer service, possess a strong eye for detail and cleanliness, present a positive image through tidy and professional appearance of self and other employees, interact with customers in a highly effective and proactive manner, and consistently seek to improve the customer experience.
- Team Leadership: Supervise others and efficiently coordinate their work, delegate tasks to the most appropriate member of staff, remain in control in difficult situations, provide clear direction and authority, get involved in a hands-on manner and lead by example, and communicate restaurant goals and a motivating vision.
- Business Savvy: Identify problems quickly, assertively develop and implement solutions, manage restaurant flow to ensure customer satisfaction, focus the team on critical business issues, plan, organize, and delegate work for peak efficiency, and accurately analyze financial data, identify trends, and take appropriate action.
- Educational Attainment/Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED, supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train hourly employees, and proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
