Restaurant Operations Manager

At SSP America, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pei Wei. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant team and drive business results.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Food Travel Experts.
- Implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications.
- Manage inventory levels, merchandising standards, and display presentations.
- Assist with planning daily goals, tasks, and assignments.
- Develop and assign daily goals, tasks, and Team Member assignments.
- Manage Team Member performance through follow-up and provide feedback.
- Monitor sales performance through analysis of sales reports and comparison shopping.
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as state health/sanitation standards.
