Remittance Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Remittance Processing Manager to join our team at FIS - Fidelity Information Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the processing environment to protect production systems critical to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver an operations environment that meets all service level agreements, including 24/7 availability and response time parameters.
- Ensure the smooth processing of remittances and related transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in remittance processing and operations management.
- Knowledge of service level agreements and business continuity planning.
