As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in preparing customer payments for processing, coordinating equipment maintenance, and performing research and adjustment activities.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare customer payments for processing and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate set-up and maintenance activities for remittance processing equipment and related systems.
- Perform research and adjustment activities to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Process exception items and maintain inventory of remittance processing supplies.
- Prepare outgoing collection notices for negotiable instruments and other items.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Considerable knowledge of remittance processing and related systems.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds.
This is a part-time position working the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a strong attention to detail.
