Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS in a data integration capacity.
  • Experience with healthcare data and familiarity with health plan systems.
  • Extensive background in data transformation and integration, particularly within the health plan sector.
  • Strong knowledge of relational database design, SQL programming, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in crafting complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of additional Microsoft Business Intelligence tools, such as SSRS and Power BI, is advantageous.
  • Experience with cloud data integration, especially Microsoft Azure services, is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certifications in SQL Server or related technologies.
  • Understanding of data governance and quality management tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
