Pega Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Architect to join our team at Synechron. As a Pega Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Pega solutions that meet our business requirements.

• Design and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC platform
• Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for seamless integration with other systems and applications
• Lead the design and development of Pega applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards
• Experience in CI CD CT implementation for Pega projects for both on-premise and cloud-hosted applications
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of ECS, Data Modelling, UI rules, Validation, Declarative and Decision, Correspondence rules, PRPC flows, interpretation of flow shapes
• Experience in Design Review, Code Review using PRPC best practices and PEGA Guardrails
• Experience in Performance tools (PAL, AES, PLA) and Deployment Process using PEGA Tools

• Minimum 11+ years of PEGA experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in estimations for enhancements/projects, team handling
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) and Pega LSA (Design & Build Combined) certification on 8.x version
