Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a specialization in automation, design, and controls to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the technical expertise and ability to independently manage projects from concept to completion, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Automation Solutions: Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions for processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Documentation and Testing: Create thorough documentation (CAD, drawings, design rationale, etc.) and develop and implement testing protocols to validate system performance and reliability.
  • System Integration and Troubleshooting: Perform system integration across electromechanical systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Fabrication and Assembly: Fabricate and assemble mechanical components and automation systems, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement them to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in mechanical engineering, automation, and design.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical component design, rapid prototyping, system integration, motion controls, and Python scripting.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: An annual salary range of $140,000 - $180,000, determined within the range based on qualifications and experience.
