Lowe's is seeking a highly skilled Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead and enable a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our stores. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for coaching and training associates, delegating tasks, managing performance, and ensuring adequate department coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Coach and train associates on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient store operations
  • Manage associate performance and provide feedback to improve sales and customer service
  • Ensure adequate department coverage and maintain a clean, safe, and stocked store environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a retail environment
  • 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Experience providing direction or supervision to teams
  • Experience working cross-functionally and using Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of retail customer service experience
  • Experience in a leadership role with direct report responsibility
  • Experience working in the home improvement retail sector
