We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Team Member to join our team at Walmart. As a Bakery Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality products are prepared and presented to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Bakery Products: Operate baking equipment, follow recipes and make-up instructions, and ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure the bakery area is clean, neat, and member-ready at all times.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet and thank customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
