Grille Server

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Grille Server to join our team at Bear Creek. As a Grille Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring that their orders are prepared and served timely, efficiently, and correctly.

• Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
• Welcome and greet guests, making them feel comfortable and ensuring they know you're there to take care of them.
• Inform guests of specials and menu options.
• Make recommendations that you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
• Upsell food and beverage items using suggestive selling techniques.
• Answer questions regarding regions where food products come from and how food is prepared.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant functions and services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into our point-of-sale system.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
• Maintain clean service areas.
• Monitor and observe guests' dining experiences.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Prepare final bills, present checks to guests, accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change (if applicable).
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as needed.
• Be ready and willing to assist the bus person with clearing and resetting tables.
• Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 6 months of experience as a server in a comparable restaurant preferred.
• RAMP Certification preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times, i.e., weekends, holidays, and special events.
