Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) position. As a CVICU RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of critically ill patients and their families.

This CVICU RN position requires a registered nurse with experience in pediatric cardiovascular intensive care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the CVICU
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
- Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in CVICU nursing
- Current RN license in the state of California
- 1-3 years of experience in pediatric cardiovascular intensive care
- BLS certification and Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
