Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in San Diego, CA.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
- Critical Care Nursing Certification (CCRN) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
