Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Esthetician/Sugaring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch services to our clients, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities- Perform sugaring services that meet our high standards of quality and time.
- Provide education to clients on our services, including full-body sugaring, lash lifting and tinting, brow tinting, and brow lamination.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout their experience to ensure a seamless and enjoyable process.
- Maintain a professional attitude and drive to succeed as a team player.
- Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Share product knowledge with clients and close retail sales.
- Complete daily planner to track progress and achieve goals.
- Turn over treatment rooms promptly after servicing.
- Sanitize treatment rooms between clients and at closing.
- Promote proper maintenance to clients.
- Follow communication guidelines and scripting to cultivate a positive work environment.
- Tailor each client's experience to their needs.
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, sanitizing, and laundry.
- Understand and promote our company mission to provide organic, eco-friendly, and healthy beauty services.
- Participate actively in a team setting to further the success of each team member and the studio as a whole.
- Attend quarterly staff meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and supplies.
- Handle register transactions and rotate receptionist responsibilities.
- Esthetician or Cosmetology License in Texas.
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
- Ability to commute to employment location.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including commission pay, hourly pay, and tips.
ScheduleWe are open 7 days a week, with various shifts available, including day, evening, and rotating weekends.
