About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Waxing Specialist to join our team at SugaringNYC - Cypress. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality sugaring services to our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform sugaring services that meet our quality and time standards.
  • Provide education to clients on our services, including full body sugaring, lash lifting, and brow tinting.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout their experience to guide them and set expectations.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and drive to succeed as a team player.
  • Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Share product knowledge with clients and close retail sales.
  • Complete daily planners to track results and promote goal achievement.
  • Turn over treatment rooms promptly and maintain sanitation standards.
  • Promote proper maintenance to clients and follow communication guidelines.
  • Participate in a team setting to further the success of each individual team member and the studio as a whole.
  • Attend quarterly staff meetings and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Esthetician or Cosmetology License in Texas.
  • Ability to commute to the employment location.
  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
Compensation
  • Commission pay.

Schedule
  • Day shift.
  • Evening shift.
  • Holidays.
  • Morning shift.
  • Rotating weekends.
  • Weekends as needed.
