At Ellie Mental Health - 128, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our clients.
Job SummaryWe're looking for a skilled and empathetic therapist to provide individualized care to our clients. As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide ongoing support to our clients.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with colleagues to advance our mission of improving mental health outcomes.
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals and promote positive change.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 30 client visits per week and coordinate services with case managers, families, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Ensure licensure and CEU requirements are met to maintain licensure and promote a healthy work-life balance among staff.
- A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.) and relevant experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
- Fully licensed clinicians should be credentialed with insurance panels.
