Job Summary

ProScribe is seeking an experienced Medical Scribe Trainer to facilitate clinical training for new scribes at assigned facilities and/or implementations for new accounts. As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will participate remotely for the duration of the implementation and work shifts to train new scribes in accordance with ProScribe Clinical Training Guidelines (CTG).

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate clinical training for new scribes at assigned facilities and/or implementations for new accounts.
  • Participate remotely for the duration of the implementation and work shifts to train new scribes.
  • Work in accordance with ProScribe Clinical Training Guidelines (CTG).
  • Provide paid training for each project depending on the specialty and your background experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of previous Medical Scribe experience.
  • Previous EMR/EHR experience.
  • Completely open availability - no commitments with school/internships etc.
  • Ability to work full-time hours with potential for overtime while on projects.
  • Ability to commit for at least 6 consecutive months.
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Background check and drug screen required upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pre-health, pre-med, pre-PA, pre-nursing career track preferred.
  • Keyboard proficiency (60 WPM).
  • Previous Medical Scribe Trainer experience preferred, but not required.
