We are seeking a skilled New Home Sales Consultant to join our sales team and drive sales objectives in our beautiful new home communities.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of successful New Home Sales experience, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets for a Residential Homebuilder, and possess exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a creative problem-solving approach.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits such as company-supported medical, dental, and vision benefits, participation in our 401(k)-retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales and appointment targets set by the sales manager.
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher by providing proactive engagement and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the Realtor/Broker community to drive Outside Realtor-generated sales, fostering strong partnerships.
