  • Ensure the quality of client deliverables and oversee the final placement process.
  • Demonstrate expertise in client interactions, problem-solving, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Act as a thought leader within the organization, staying informed about evolving risk and insurance market conditions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
  • Experience in Casualty is essential.
  • Possession of a Property & Casualty license is required or the ability to obtain one.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
