Key Responsibilities:- Lead the analysis and design of MOC processes and information management systems.
- Identify and manage gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks in the Management of Change business processes.
- Analyze existing processes, workflows, systems, and applications to create as-is and to-be internal business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop process mapping, conduct process engineering, and capture opportunities for improvements.
- Participate in solutions design and development, providing researched business needs and issues with examples, data, and artifacts.
- Assist in project documentation creation, including workflows, process maps, reports, turnover documentation, and procedures.
- Provide critical reporting and analysis of business process performance and make recommendations for cost savings initiatives and improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and improve business process analysis for operational support programs and related information management systems.
- Interact with business stakeholders to understand requirements and document.
- Prepare and deploy communication plans related to MOC business processes and systems.
- Evaluate vendor partners and solutions, and assist in coordination of implementation efforts.
- Monitor, identify, and analyze problems for systems within Operations responsibilities.
- Clearly and concisely report results to diverse audiences, including executive management.
- Facilitate process improvement workshops.
- Strong process mapping skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and address complex issues during analysis and improvement of process.
- Proficiency in understanding business processes and translating them to requirements.
- Experience bringing people together with different views to create new or improved process based on shared vision.
- Self-starter with ability to take a project and think through possibilities and details to create a strategy for analysis and resolution with little direction.
- High attention to detail with ability to problem solve quickly while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in general business and technical capacities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
