Registered Nurse, 32 Hrs Weekly, 3rd Shift, Elm Unit

As a Registered Nurse at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, you will be part of a tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. This role requires a licensed nurse to provide care to individuals and groups in a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of psychiatric nursing theory and be able to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and provide education to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess patient care needs and develop care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
• Provide nursing care to individuals and groups in various clinical settings
• Educate patients and families on discharge and aftercare planning needs
• Create a safe and secure environment for patients and staff
• Document and report necessary information according to established policies and procedures
Requirements
• Licensed to practice in the state of Michigan
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Previous clinical experience
