Position Summary
As the lead housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of all resident rooms, activity and dining areas, and public spaces. This role is critical in presenting our community in a positive and welcoming manner, making it a great place to live.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties in resident rooms, public areas, and support areas as assigned.
- Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry.
- Ensure the community is in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Practice safety procedures at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, material safety data sheets (MSDS), and lockout/tagout procedures.
