Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general building maintenance and other related tasks. This includes performing preventative and general maintenance, assisting with minor repairs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, waste removal, and light bulb replacement.
  • Assist with minor repairs to building and mechanical operating systems.
  • Operate forklifts and aerial lifts as needed.
  • Respond to tenant work requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:
