Position Overview

Ideal Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to guide our exceptional team of professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our brokerage's growth by recruiting talented agents, developing comprehensive training programs, and managing daily operations to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retention Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to implement effective strategies that retain our top-performing agents.
  • Recruitment: Expand our brokerage by attracting new real estate professionals who align with our values and goals.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to all company policies, as well as state and national Fair Housing and real estate regulations.
  • Transaction Oversight: Supervise all brokerage activities, including MLS listings and real estate transactions conducted by agents.
  • Training Development: Create and deliver training materials for new agents, ensuring they meet our high-performance standards.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Must hold a valid managing broker's license.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and compliance with Fair Housing laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a successful team of real estate agents.
  • A minimum of 3 years of active experience as a licensed real estate agent.
Compensation:

Annual salary ranges from $60,000 to $106,000.
