Customer Support Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive support strategy to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Lead a high-performing Support Team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer health, product enhancement, and revenue growth.
  • Design and implement efficient support processes, ensuring seamless customer interactions and high-quality support experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to inform data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and processes to ensure consistency and quality in customer support.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support management in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of hiring, training, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience in handling high-level technical issues and enterprise-level support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and translate it into actionable insights and efficient processes.
