Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Behavioral Health Nurse to join our team at Hope Network Behavioral Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide education and guidance to direct care staff and residents on relevant health care topics.
  • Monitor and treat chronic and emergency medical conditions, communicating with affiliate medical providers as needed.
  • Develop healthcare goals in collaboration with Case Holders and ensure inclusion in Individual Plans of Service.
  • Document medical treatment and health status in resident records for continuity of care and treatment team reference.
  • Communicate relevant medical issues with affiliated medical providers and program management.
  • Provide leadership, support, and direction to staff to facilitate communications, problem-solving, and program development.
  • Ensure medical compliance with regulatory bodies, including OSHA, licensing, and CARF.
Requirements
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
  • Valid driver's license required according to Hope Network policy.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing and one year of hospital or assessment experience.
