Wildlife Control Specialist

As a Wildlife Control Specialist at Arrow Exterminators, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of life for our customers by identifying and resolving wildlife-related issues. Your primary focus will be to inspect homes, identify entry points, and recommend exclusion methods to prevent future infestations.
With a strong understanding of wildlife behavior and biology, you will be able to determine the best course of action to resolve each situation. Your independence and accountability will allow you to run and schedule your own services, working with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties to identify potential wildlife entry points
- Recommend and implement exclusion methods to prevent future infestations
- Work with customers to understand their concerns and develop effective solutions
- Collect payment due and propose additional services as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in wildlife management or related field preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
- Possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a company vehicle safely
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently
- Competitive salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
