Job Overview

Arrow Exterminators is a leading pest control company seeking a highly skilled Wildlife Technician to join our team. As a Wildlife Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by identifying and removing wildlife infestations from homes and businesses.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of independence and accountability. You will be working with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to prevent future wildlife issues. Your primary focus will be on exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife, as well as collecting payment due and proposing additional services to benefit our customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and remove wildlife infestations from homes and businesses
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collect payment due and propose additional services to benefit our customers
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Possess current Driver License
• Able to pass pre-employment background check
• Able to pass state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
