Production Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Operations Supervisor to join our team at Wood plc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facilities, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment, and managing a team of operators.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign and supervise work crews operating equipment for multiple routes
- Analyze production related problems and work with other personnel to troubleshoot
- Provide relief operations as needed
- Track gas measurement variances daily
- Ensure a safe and productive operation through proper implementation and administration of company policies and procedures
- Communicate regularly with operators, production superintendents, clients, and other stakeholders
- 5 years experience as a lease operator preferred
- Ability to manage, lead, and train personnel
- Ability to understand gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts
