Leasing Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Hawthorne Residential Partners. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face and ambassador of our Live It culture, providing excellent customer service and ensuring every visitor feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone and email leads, converting them into tours and lease agreements.
  • Find the ideal apartment home solution for our guests by identifying their needs and wants, and showcasing our community's amenities.
  • Ensure lease administration is completed accurately and on time.
  • Set goals and prioritize work to achieve optimal performance and occupancy expectations.
  • Generate interest and awareness about our community through social media, events, and reputation management.
  • Demonstrate daily care for our physical assets, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and immaculately presented.

Requirements:

  • High School or GED equivalent.
  • Customer service experience preferred, with one year of sales and/or apartment leasing experience a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required.
