Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Coordinator to join our team at Children's National Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining research and quality databases, developing standard and custom reports, and monitoring and analyzing data to inform decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, project coordination, and data management skills, as well as expertise in Microsoft Office components and a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update research and quality databases to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and implement standard and custom reports to meet the needs of stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to identify new reporting needs and develop solutions
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective use of databases and reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, data analysis, statistics)
  • 2 years of relevant experience in data management and analysis
  • Excellent organizational, project coordination, and data management skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office components (e.g. Excel, Access, Word)
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting principles
