Private Duty Nurse LVN

Aveanna Private Duty Nurse LVN/LPN is seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work one-on-one with patients, providing continuous care and support to help them recover and thrive in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Implement and manage patient care plans, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying needs and developing individualized care plans to address those needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, and document all care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care and recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- One year of experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting, with a focus on pediatrics or home health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
