Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at INCITE REHAB. This role involves providing patient treatment under the supervision of a licensed clinician.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality patient care, focusing on helping patients achieve their full potential in terms of functionality.
  • To maintain open communication and collaboration with the supervising clinician, ensuring seamless teamwork and mutual understanding.
  • To ensure accurate documentation and proper billing processes are followed, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • To actively participate in the facility's interdisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
  • To be well-versed in and adhere to the Incite Policy & Procedure Manual and Employee Handbook, as well as the Corporate Compliance Program.
  • To contribute to quality assurance initiatives as assigned, driving continuous improvement.
  • To demonstrate clinical competence in all therapy procedures offered.
Qualifications
  • A graduate degree from an accredited therapy program, accompanied by a valid state license.
  • A current license to practice in the state where the position is located.
  • A current TB skin test result.
Working Conditions
  • The ability to move around, reach, bend, lift, grasp, perform fine hand coordination, read, write, utilize basic computer skills, and communicate effectively with others.
