You will take ownership of the FP&A systems and processes, collaborating with leaders across various departments to play a pivotal role in forecasting, budgeting, and essential analytics for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct detailed financial models from the ground up to assess business performance, evaluate risks, and support decision-making across multiple departments.
  • Facilitate regular discussions with department heads to analyze actual performance against budgeted expectations, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective measures as necessary.
  • Examine critical financial metrics and trends to uncover opportunities for cost reduction, revenue growth, and process enhancements.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling to back strategic initiatives, investment choices, and operational advancements.
  • Create and maintain budgeting templates, tools, and guidelines to standardize budgeting procedures and improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to guarantee precise and timely financial reporting, including month-end closing activities and variance analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, modeling, and data analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, and BI tools (e.g., MS Dynamics, Tableau).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in a global product organization is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and work independently with meticulous attention to detail.
