Physiotherapist - Lead Rehabilitation Specialist

• Collect and record patient care data in accordance with department guidelines and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare for evaluations by obtaining patient history, researching unfamiliar diagnoses, and selecting and administering tests and measures.
• Formulate diagnoses, goals, prognosis, and plans of care based on evaluation results.
• Establish treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and support systems.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required; Doctorate degree preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in.
• Completed state-regulated CEU requirements in the appropriate state (NY, NJ).
• Valid CPR license.

• $7,500 sign-on bonus.

• Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
