**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will assess clients/patients/residents and design occupational therapy treatments to help them develop, maintain, and recover their ability to perform tasks in their daily lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assess clients/patients/residents and design occupational therapy treatments
* Help clients/patients/residents develop, maintain, and recover their ability to perform tasks in their daily lives
* Conduct evaluations and provide interventions for clients/patients/residents with functional, cognitive, or behavioral impairments
* Develop realistic therapy goals and administer appropriate occupational therapy programs
* Document client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation
* Provide clients/patients/residents education designed to enhance understanding and improve functional outcomes

**Requirements:**

* Must be certified through the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
* Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment
* In the state of South Dakota and Iowa, new graduates in the process of testing with the board, will be considered with the possession of a temporary license
