Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, oral hygiene, and toileting needs.
  • Monitor and document residents' food and fluid intake and output as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness in designated areas as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
  • Participate in mandatory educational in-services as required by state regulations and provided by the facility.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of STNA or Nursing Assistant training is essential.
  • Must hold and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the facility or state regulations.
  • A minimum of sixth-grade education is required.
