Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Care Representative will handle inquiries from customers regarding pricing, availability, and application of Breg products and services. This role involves:

  • Receiving and processing orders from both internal and external customers, including Sales Representatives.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service while accurately entering orders and addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
  • Providing suggestive selling solutions to enhance customer experience.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Accurately recording and entering orders received via phone, fax, email, or postal mail.
  • Utilizing product knowledge to offer suitable solutions and troubleshoot customer inquiries related to product usage.
  • Supporting inquiries generated from online sources.
  • Increasing revenue through suggestive selling relevant to customer needs.
  • Making informed decisions to resolve issues related to products, freight costs, and warranty guidelines.
  • Documenting customer feedback and managing Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests.
  • Providing a positive customer experience through effective communication.
  • Participating in required training and maintaining compliance with healthcare privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center is highly desirable. Proficiency in order entry at 30+ WPM is preferred, along with strong computer skills, including familiarity with web browsers, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
