Job Overview

As a Medical Scribe at USA Clinics Group, you will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency by meticulously documenting patient clinical data within the electronic medical record system. Your contributions will not only help in improving clinical outcomes but also in minimizing patient wait times, ensuring a superior service experience for all patients.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours, requiring availability between 7am - 8pm, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the seamless functioning of a healthcare facility by accompanying physicians during patient examinations to accurately transcribe medical histories and physical assessments.
  • Record all relevant diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions, and prescriptions as directed by the physician.
  • Transcribe orders for laboratory tests, radiology tests, medications, and other necessary procedures.
  • Document any medical procedures conducted by the physician.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Comply with workplace policies and procedures.
  • Foster effective working relationships with physicians, staff, and management.
  • Manage typical job-related stress effectively.
  • Document work processes as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Cross-train to assist with receptionist responsibilities as needed.
  • Compensation: $19.00-$21.00 per hour.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Medical Scribe or relevant training Required
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English Required
  • Availability to work on weekends Required
