As a Rental Associate at Vail Resorts, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service and generating sales through world-class service. You will be responsible for assisting customers with rental equipment, providing gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience, and working together with teammates to maintain safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
  • Fitting guests with equipment and explaining how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental
  • Working together with teammates to maintain safety standards and performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
  • Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
