Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at American Medical Communication Inc. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, finance, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular account reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, deposits, and collections.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures, including bank and account reconciliations.
• Perform other financial duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
