- Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, answering product-related questions, and making product recommendations.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that store displays and visual merchandising are executed to company standards, including product placement, signage, and labeling.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and reporting inventory discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with store teams to achieve sales and service goals, including participating in daily task lists and contributing to a positive store culture.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year of retail experience in a direct customer-facing environment, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Competitive Pay: $23.00 per hour.
- Team Bonus: Eligible for team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPIs.
