Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with customers and other departments to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of equipment issues.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's products, inventory, and delivery capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our service offerings.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience working as a service technician on rental equipment, including dirt, aerial, wheeled, and track units.
- Must have own tools and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, sit, and kneel for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to frequently lift 50+ pounds.
